CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

Policy summary (short): Digital products are non-refundable after download. Exceptions are allowed only for corrupted, unavailable, or demonstrably defective download files — we will repair, replace or refund in such cases.

 

1. No Refunds After Download
Digital products cannot be “returned”, therefore we do not provide refunds after successful download except in exceptional situations listed below.

 

2. When We Will Consider a Refund
Submit a refund request to support@bangarena.in within 7 calendar days of purchase if:

  • The file is corrupted and we cannot supply a working replacement; or

  • You were charged more than once for the same order; or

  • We delivered the wrong product and cannot promptly correct it.

What we need from you: order ID, email used for purchase, brief description of the issue, and screenshots or the corrupted file sample if possible.

 

3. Refund Method
If a refund is approved:

  • Razorpay transactions are returned via Razorpay to original source.

  • PayPal transactions are refunded back through PayPal (PayPal timeline applies).

Estimated timelines

  • Razorpay: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)

  • PayPal: 3–7 business days (depends on PayPal account/card issuer and currency region)

Timeframes depend on each provider’s settlement rules.

 

4. Chargebacks / PayPal Disputes
Please contact us before opening disputes.
If a dispute is opened:

  • We will respond directly inside Razorpay or PayPal Resolution Center.

  • We may provide proof of download records and transaction authorization.

  • Fraudulent or repetitive disputes may result in suspension of future purchases.

 

5. Refunds for Pre-Orders / Bundles
Pre-orders refunded if we cannot deliver within the timeframe promised. For bundles, partial refunds apply only when specific items are proven defective and cannot be replaced.

 

6. How Long Refunds Take to Appear
Once initiated, refunds follow Razorpay/banking settlement times — typically 5–7 business days for domestic refunds; international timelines may be longer.

International refunds
If payment was made through PayPal in a foreign currency, conversion rules and PayPal fees (if any) are governed by PayPal and not Bang Arena. We do not control exchange rates.
