1. Introduction
Welcome to Bang Arena (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products (sample packs, loops, kits, one-shots) on www.bangarena.in. By buying, downloading or using our products you agree to these terms.
2. Scope
This website sells digital audio products only. No physical goods, shipping or in-person delivery is provided unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders & Payment
We accept:

PayPal (International customers and eligible regions)
All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant partners. We do not store full card numbers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method provided.
4. Delivery / Fulfillment
After successful payment you will receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page and via email. Links typically expire after the set number of downloads/time indicated on the product page — save your files immediately.
5. License & Use
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchases include a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your musical works, including commercial releases. You MAY NOT resell, repackage, redistribute, or claim the raw sample/kit as your own. Full licensing details are on each product page.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks
Digital products are non-refundable after download, except where files are corrupted or we cannot provide a working version.
Refund approvals are processed through the original method of payment:

PayPal refunds (returned to PayPal account/card depending on PayPal rules)
Standard banking settlement timelines apply per processor.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — audio files, artwork, branding, web content — is owned by Bang Arena or licensed to Bang Arena. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited and will be pursued.
